Working on VictoryLink's technical WhatsApp marketing and automation platform. Contributing to enhancing VictoryLink's services with partners like Vodafone, Orange, e&, and more. Collaborating closely with Product Designers to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces while ensuring alignment with usability and accessibility standards.

Teaching User Analytics, Customer Journey (CX) Design, and Agile Methodology for UX as part of ITI's national training programs. Focusing on equipping students across all governorates of Egypt with the practical knowledge and tools.

Managed and led the design of web and mobile applications, creating and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and working with the development team to ensure that the product is developed on time and within budget. Defined product requirements, features, and specifications based on user needs and business objectives.

Designed E-commerce Products through the study of the market and users, which helps users order their needs in one place. Created comprehensive user flows and wireframes for seamless navigation.

Performed research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts. Maintained up-to-date on current industry trends and market conditions. Coordinated with owners to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase.

Working on a team from Egypt and KSA on new challenges every sprint, designing dashboards, eCommerce, quick payment apps, and professional websites until I became a leader on my team.
